Fright Night:  (1985) Charlie Brewster (William Ragsdale – remember ‘Herman’s Head’?) has got a girlfriend who won’t put out, a best friend named Evil Ed, and a mentor in the form of a Horror Movie Night host named Peter Vincent (Roddy Mcdowall).  Then his vampire neighbor moves in and his life gets REALLY bad.  Vampie (Chris Sarandon – Prince Humperdink) and his zombie/human henchman make life hell for Charlie and friends.  He eventually stalks Charlie and his girl Amy (Amanda Bearse – remember Marcie from ‘Married-with children’?) to a nightclub and puts the moves on her; she goes gaga (which is why I wanna be a vampire in MY next afterlife).  She passes out, having been abducted from the club in her nerd outfit, and wakes in Vamp’s place to find herself dressed like Marylyn Monroe after listening to too many Duran Duran albums (I attribute the off-screen costume change to the unseen Henchzombie activities).  Vampie seduces and bites Amy, possible even snaking her virginity in ANOTHER off-screen moment.  On the other hand, though, Vampires and zombies DO melt down rather nasty come daybreak…

Evil Ed finds the ugly downside of becoming a vamp...
Amy, however, finds vamping increases breast size, lengthens hair, and makes her attractive at last!
